Yes. We support all Maltese VAT rates (18%, 12%, 7%, 5% and 0%/exempt), validate VAT numbers, apply sequential numbering and run a compliance check for required fields before every invoice is sent - for both Article 10 and Article 11 businesses.
Yes, on every plan including Free. Each invoice can carry a hosted, Stripe-powered payment page so clients pay by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer in EUR, and money lands straight in your own Stripe account. invoices.mt adds a small application fee on each online payment (2% on Free, 0.5% on paid plans) on top of Stripe's standard processing fees. You'll see sent, viewed and paid statuses, and automated reminders chase anything overdue on paid plans.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU, and GDPR compliant. Payments are processed by Stripe - we never store raw card details.
EUR is the default for Maltese businesses, and you can invoice in GBP, USD and other major currencies with a per-invoice currency selector when you work with overseas clients.
